After the first 50 hours of operation, the oil and filter of the rotary drilling rig must be replaced, and subsequently every 250 hours under normal conditions. The gear oil for the power head needs to be replaced every 2000 hours of operation. For the power head reducer gear oil, the first replacement should occur after 50 hours, and then every 2000 hours thereafter. The gear oil of the winch should be replaced at the same interval as the reducer. Hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3000 hours, and the filter every 500 hours. The oil-water separator should be drained daily, the diesel tank should be drained daily, and the oil tank should be cleaned every six months, with the filter replaced as needed. The drill rod bearings and puller should be greased daily, and the machine body should be greased monthly. Engine coolant should be replaced every two hours, and the filter every 1500 hours or once a year.

Additionally, it is essential to regularly check the steel wire ropes for wear. Poor maintenance of the rotary drilling rig can significantly reduce its effectiveness.
