The guardrail pile driver is a piece of equipment designed for driving steel pipe piles for highway guardrails. After each day's work or before the start of a shift, check all threaded connections for any loosening, especially the bolts connecting the main machine and the working device. If any are loose, tighten them immediately.

Visually inspect the hydraulic components at all junctions and check for any leaks at the oil line joints.

Before each day's work, run the machine at low speed for a few minutes (longer in winter) and operate all handles for a warm-up.

Lubricate all lubrication points once per shift.
