6. If the hydraulic hose vibrates violently, stop the impact hammer and check the accumulator pressure.

7. Do not use the impact hammer as lifting equipment.

8. Prevent interference between the excavator boom and the impact hammer drill.

9. Ensure the accuracy of the hammer selection and manufacturing quality.

10 Ensure the reasonableness of the internal structure of the impact hammer.

Operating Principle of the Impact Hammer: When performing chiseling operations, ensure that the direction of the drill rod is perpendicular to the surface of the fracture site and maintain the maximum possible distance. If the surface of the fractured object is inclined, the head may slip off the surface. In such cases, the hammer can be damaged, and the piston may be affected. When taking a break, first choose an appropriate resting position and ensure the hammer is indeed stable before striking again.
