Powered by hydraulic pressure, a new type of hydraulic pile driver adjusts the hydraulic system based on soil quality to achieve the appropriate pile driving force. Despite the high mechanical performance of each system, safety remains essential for hydraulic pile drivers. Therefore, it is necessary to follow safety operation precautions before construction:

1. Inspection of Major Structural Components and Vulnerable Parts: Ensure that the connecting bolts of the motor, vibration rubber, hydraulic pipes, etc., are not loose, and that there is no oil leakage between connecting parts. Operators can observe and check the gearbox and motor's sounds and temperatures daily by listening, looking, and touching to detect issues promptly. Before shifting, check if all screw joints of the hydraulic pile driver are loose, especially the bolts connecting the main parts and working devices. Tighten them immediately if they are loose.

2. Preparation to Prevent Operational and Construction Hazards: Incorrect operation or a severed hydraulic pipe could pose a danger during pile lifting. To prevent piles from falling, always use steel wire or an iron chain. When placing piles, ensure a surface line or chain is hung between the pile and the mouth. Each time the pile driver starts, it should be jogged first, then started slowly. Quick starts are strictly prohibited (because the pile driver stops abruptly when halted). Check if the nozzle controller and the rotary controller are functioning normally.

3. Operator Precautions: Strictly enforce the construction safety responsibilities outlined in this regulation, regularly review safety arrangements, and keep records. Establish safety production responsibility guidelines at all levels, clarify safety responsibilities through safety strategy production responsibility contracts, and assign contract personnel.

Operators of hydraulic pile drivers must be familiar with the machine's structure, performance, operation essentials, and safety precautions. After approval and certification by the relevant labor departments, they can operate independently. Unauthorized operation is prohibited.
