Depending on the soil conditions of the strata, water pressure can be adjusted to achieve the appropriate piling impact force. In actual operation, the effective combination of various operating systems is fundamental to ensuring the overall operational efficiency and normal use of the equipment. If the system fails, the output of the hydraulic pile driver will be weak. Today, we will explore the reasons for the weak output of hydraulic pile drivers:

The machine can be weak in several areas. Firstly, when the external load is large, the starter speed drops sharply, which can be seen in two main aspects: checking the startup power-on time and checking whether the hydraulic displacement follows constant power output, i.e., adjusting the swash plate angle to reduce displacement without affecting speed. Secondly, when the load is large, the starter does not decelerate, and the system speed remains normal; therefore, it is necessary to adjust the system pressure. This is because the hydraulic components used by the hydraulic pile driver manufacturer differ from those in the hydraulic system, and conventional hydraulic cylinder pressures are also different. The system should be adjusted according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Additionally, if the pressure of the relief valve cannot be adjusted and the relief valve is in good condition, it is necessary to check the hydraulic pump's regulation system, as well as components such as the hydraulic pump's cylinder block, valve plate, and plunger. The rapid release of the hydraulic cylinder in a hydraulic pile driver could be due to the safety relief valve not being tightly closed or severe damage to the cylinder's oil seal. These issues could be caused by multiple reasons. Therefore, attention should be paid to the working performance of the hydraulic pile driver, and timely maintenance should be conducted.
