Shandong Hengwang Machinery Co., Ltd. would like to introduce that the walking mechanism of the highway drilling rig is hydraulic. When moving forward, the four hydraulic cylinders support the ground, lifting the undercarriage off the ground. The walking cylinder is driven by the hydraulic system, propelling the piling machine forward. Then, the legs are folded up and lowered, pulling the chassis forward through the contraction of the hydraulic cylinders. After multiple operations, the piling machine moves forward. The rotary mechanism is driven by a medium-speed hydraulic motor through a reducer. With the cooperation of the four hydraulic cylinders, the pile driver can achieve 360-degree rotation. Thanks to the hydraulic motor's stable power, smooth operation, small rotational inertia, and high startup efficiency, the pile driver has the advantages of smooth rotation, no impact, no vibration, good overall stability, and a long service life for the power mechanism. The power head uses a three-ring reduction mechanism, which is a mature product. The large center hole reducer has a high bearing capacity, compact structure, low noise, and long service life, making it an ideal power device for drilling rigs in China. It consists of two air-cooled motors, a reducer, an elbow, an exhaust device, a lifting frame, and a slider. During operation, the two motors drive the reducer to rotate at high speed through a coupler, and the low-speed power shaft drives the drill rod and drill bit to rotate through a flange plate control mechanism. The control room is located at the rear of the drilling rig, in front of the main winch, with an iron shell structure and three side windows, ensuring a wide field of view, safety, and comfort.

The drilling rig is controlled by an electro-hydraulic system. All control buttons and handles are placed on the control panel in front of the control room, making operation convenient and quick.
