Control techniques during pile driver operation

Pile drivers are suitable for stacking work, such as the construction of building foundations, reinforcement of roadbeds, and treatment of soft soil. Due to its many functional features, it has a great ability to adapt to different environments, and the operation method is simple and universal. When using a pile driver, it is necessary to properly handle the actual working conditions to achieve machine application efficiency. When the entire stratum is hard, the whole pile hammer will bounce higher, which automatically adjusts the impact force. In cases where geological conditions are more stable, due to the degree of penetration, penetration cannot end or explosions are weak, and the pile hammer does not bounce. However, the work cycle is continuously interrupted, and work efficiency is always low. You should not try to increase the throttle, as this will have the opposite effect. The correct approach is to replace it with a larger pile hammer. At the same time, the machine operator must master skilled operating skills; the hammer needs to be light, that is, the hammer must be heavy, the drop distance must be small, it is easy to get stuck, and we must find the specific cause of the issue. Usually, this situation may be caused by collapsed holes or the equipment itself. The sediment thickness is large. At this time, the hole should be cleaned, and then treated with a drill or auxiliary equipment. Since there are not many non-collapse factors caused by drill bit blockage and sediment, the drill rod can be appropriately lifted to improve the lifting capability of the drill rod. The pile driver has a high degree of automation, quick positioning, quick stacking, and quick unloading. The use of pile drivers can shorten the construction period and ensure construction quality.
