The foundation pile driver, often referred to by its more commonly heard name, the rotary drilling rig, may give the first impression of being the most common type of pile driver, but it is not. It boasts high construction efficiency, fast hole formation speed, high piling quality and strength, minimal noise pollution to the construction environment, and aligns with national pollution-free environmental protection construction standards. When pouring piles, it offers unparalleled advantages compared to conventional pile drivers, making it the machinery of choice for an increasing number of construction enterprises and consumers in need. Therefore, for foundation 010-20181, the torque requirement varies with different strata, so the necessary torque for a foundation pile driver varies. For residual and completely weathered soils, we usually use two power heads, as such drill bits can easily penetrate without pressure for strong and medium weathered layers. For these harder soil layers, two or three drill heads may not suffice. We can opt for a drill with three power heads, then drill with pressure and use suitable drilling tools to achieve the desired effect. In slightly weathered and unweathered conditions, drilling must use a four-power head rotary drill, and the drilling process can be very challenging, sometimes resulting in drill bit damage, so dry drilling is not recommended but should be completed with slurry.
