Performance Analysis of the Rotary Support Device of a Hydraulic Foundation Pile Driver

(1) The foundation pile driver is a customized product. According to specific applications and requirements, the rotary bearing device must be designed as an important part of the pile driver. The overall strength and dynamic performance of the design directly affect the work efficiency and safety factors of the foundation pile driver. And, based on long-term statistical data, it can be seen that 90% of early failures of rotary bearings are caused by tooth breakage, mainly because the design selection does not meet specific usage conditions. This article primarily studies the delay in the following aspects: (1) Establishing the dynamic model of the rotary bearing device through the torsional vibration model of gear pairs and obtaining the dynamic performance of the rotary bearing device through dynamic simulation analysis. We can accurately analyze the operating speed of the rotary angle of the rotary bearing and gear meshing force, and then determine the initial rotary pivot. (2) Based on ADAMS virtual simulation technology, the impact of structural parameters such as the number of teeth on the dynamic performance of the rotary gears was studied. An optimized design and selection method for the rotary bearing device was proposed. This method analyzes the shortcomings of the dynamic simulation results of the rotary gear. By changing the module and the number of gear teeth, the dynamic performance of the rotary bearing device was improved. (3) Based on the optimized model of the rotary bearing device, the effects of the drive speed of the rotary motor, gear clearance, and gear stiffness coefficient were studied using dynamic simulation technology to assess the dynamic performance of the rotary bearing device.


When constructing in different construction environments, the dynamic load of the foundation pile driver will vary. (4) Finally, since it is difficult to understand specific parameters in limited tests, it is recommended to analyze the rotary bearing based on gear meshing characteristics during the construction process. To investigate whether the overall dynamic performance of the rotary bearing device has a direct impact on the basic pile driver and to propose a reasonable design and selection method for the rotary bearing according to the issues, to enable the design and selection of the rotary bearing and the whole machine to be designed synchronously, and to perform the personalized design of the rotary bearing through the hydraulic system of the pile driver, meeting the personalized design requirements of the entire machine.
