What causes instability when using a guardrail drilling machine?

What causes instability when using a guardrail drilling rig? The first step in the rotary drilling process is to lay a solid foundation in subsequent processes and form a solid casing to ensure the stability of the casing and surrounding soil, preventing collapse during drilling, lifting the rebar cage, and pouring concrete. The top of the casing is the final check for the hole's condition. Measurements of the concrete pouring surface depth are generally made after the application is completed. Reference from elevation measurement from pipe to pipe body is crucial. During excavation and drilling, if the moving casing rotates downward, the length of the upper chord of the rebar cage is calculated to determine changes in its upper height, leading to elevation errors at the top of the rebar cage; errors within the depth range of the upper elevation measurement calculation of the guide pipe concrete surface, improper commands will lead to incidents of guide pipe exposure; even affecting the quantity of concrete, pouring concrete, and the unstable factors of concrete pile head impact strength include:

1. Check if the microswitch is damaged. If so, install a new switch.

2. Check if the tapping material of the automatic drilling machine is deformed. If the issue is with the steel material, it is not a problem with the equipment itself. If it's a problem with the tapping material, then the data needs to be addressed.

3. Check if there are any issues with the clutch brake pad. If there are any doubts about the brake pad, it must be replaced with a new one.

4. Check if the automatic drilling machine's small belt is loose. If loose, tighten the fixing screws. If the belt is slipping, it is better to choose a new belt, which would be more effective.

5. Check the tension spring of the automatic guardrail drilling machine. If the tension spring is too loose, adjust it. If the tension spring is weak, replace it with a new tension spring. Stabilizing the casing effectively prevents rotary excavation accidents and enhances the economic benefits of the construction unit. Well collapse often causes engineering accidents. If a collapse occurs to the casing hole before concrete pouring, it is advised to use a longer casing and re-lay with a fixed method. Collapse is a waste of manpower and resources, affecting project progress, damaging the company's image, and causing economic losses. If collapse happens during concrete pouring, resulting in a broken pile, the economic loss is relatively larger. For example, in a pile foundation project in Beijing, the top of the collapse during pouring could not remove the rebar cage. Due to improper crane operation and excessive force, the crane arm broke. Later, using an impact drill, and during the drilling construction process of the highway guardrail drilling machine, it took a month to inject the concrete wash portion into the hole with no waste piles left, maintaining the stability of the casing during construction is crucial. The stability of the steel casing directly affects the smooth completion of the construction task and the enterprise's benefits. Paying attention to the positioning of the rotary drilling and the arrangement of the casing lays a solid foundation for the construction unit. It is not an exaggeration to say that securing a solid casing during the drilling process is half the battle for success.
