Things beginners must know about operating a tracked pile driver

Operating procedures for tracked pile drivers emphasize several crucial points during the pile driving process to prevent accidents:

1. The red light on the tracked pile driver (hereinafter referred to as the pile driver) should be installed at the top of the column and must be lit at night to display a height warning sign, which the user can install based on the actual situation.

2. The pile driver's lightning rod should be connected to the top of the column as required and work should stop during a lightning strike.

3. During the operation of the pile driver, the tracks must be reliably grounded.

4. If the wind force exceeds level 6, the pile driver should cease operation, and hydraulic cylinders should be used as auxiliary support. If necessary, cable wind ropes should be added for fixation.

5. During drilling operations, the drill rod, rebar cage, etc., must not collide with the column.

6. Movement of the pile frame is prohibited when the drill rod is being drilled or driven underground.

7. When the tracked pile driver is drilling, the current on the ammeter should not exceed 100A. If it does, drilling should be halted, but the power head must always continue drilling. When the current drops below 100A and stabilizes, the drill rod can be slowly lowered.

8. The front part of the pile frame should not be raised when pressurizing for pile driving.

9. When the tracked pile frame moves and repositions piles, it uses tracks for movement and a rotation mechanism for turning, allowing precise alignment with the pile position. If the pile frame's position does not meet the pile position requirements, it can be moved forward or backward or rotated.
