Precautions for Operating a Tracked Pile Driver

In the operating instructions for tracked pile drivers, attention must be paid to the following points during the accumulation process to avoid accidents:

1. The red light must be installed at the top of the pile driver (hereinafter referred to as the pile driver) and must be turned on at night to display a height warning signal. The user can install it according to the actual situation.

2. The top of the tracked pile driver column should be connected to a lightning rod as needed and cease operations during lightning strikes.

3. The tracks of the pile driver must be reliably grounded during operation.

4. Work must stop if the wind is greater than force 6. Oil cylinders must be used as auxiliary supports, and if necessary, cables must be added for anchoring.

5. During drag operation, prevent the rebar cage on the drill rod from hitting the column.

6. When the drill rod is drilling underground or is stacked underground, moving the battery frame is strictly prohibited.

7. When drilling with the tracked pile driver, the current on the ammeter should not exceed 100A. Drilling must stop when the current exceeds 100A, but the power head must always drill out. When the current drops below 100A and stabilizes, the drill rod can be lowered slowly.

8. Do not raise the front of the battery frame when pressurizing the battery.

9. As the tracked pile frame moves and relocates piles, the battery frame moves with the tracks, and the rotation mechanism rotates to accurately align the battery's position. If the position of the battery frame does not meet the requirements, it can be moved forward or backward.
