When using a pile driver, pay attention to safety and follow the standard operating procedures.

1. Before starting the pile driver, signal the surrounding personnel to leave by ringing the machine's startup bell or through other means.

2. The pile driver starts from low speed and accelerates to high speed.

3. Regularly check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose. Strictly inspect whether the screws connecting the eccentric blocks are loose to prevent accidents.

4. The pile driver, pile cap, and the plane of the column (or pile) should be level, the connecting bolts should be tightened, and their looseness should be frequently checked.

5. Pay attention to the current and voltage indicators on the control panel when operating the pile driver. If abnormal noise or other unusual conditions are found, stop and check immediately.

6. It is forbidden to stand around the column (or pile) during sinking. Mechanical maintenance and servicing are not allowed during sinking.

7. A dedicated person must be in charge when the pile driver is working. The commander and the operator must check the signals with each other before starting work and cooperate closely.
