1. Workers must undergo special training to familiarize themselves with the performance, structure, usage, and maintenance methods of the piling machine, and can only work after obtaining a work certificate.

2. The solar piling machine's power unit, crane, hydraulic device, and electrical equipment must be operated according to the operating instructions.

3. Before starting work, there should be a comprehensive understanding of the work site's environment, buildings, and geological conditions.

4. The solar piling machine must be assembled, adjusted, and disassembled according to the steps specified in the instruction manual.

5. The steel wire rope should be fixed using wedge joints, press plates, rope clips, swaged joints, or spliced plugs corresponding to the diameter of the steel wire rope. When the steel wire rope is twisted and inserted, the length of the twist should be at least 20 times the diameter of the steel wire rope, not less than 300mm, and the twist line should be tied with a fine steel wire rope. When using rope clips for connection, the number of rope clips should not be less than 3, and the number of rope clips is related to the diameter of the steel wire rope. The distance between the rope clips should be at least 6 times the diameter of the steel wire rope, the distance between the end of the steel wire rope and the last rope clip should be at least 140mm, and it should be tied with fine steel wire; the rope clip fixer should be located on the side of the steel wire rope under tension, the U-bolt should be tightened at the end of the steel wire rope, and the rope clips should not be crossed back and forth. After the steel wire rope is under tension, it must be tightened again.

6. Work should be stopped in adverse weather conditions such as strong wind, heavy rain, heavy snow, or dense fog.

If the wind exceeds level seven, the piling machine should be stopped in the direction of the wind, lower the diesel hammer, add anti-wind cables, and lower the file rack as necessary. The piling machine must have a lightning protection device, and when there is a lightning strike, workers should stay away from the piling machine.
