1. When the hydraulic pile driver is working, there should be a designated person in charge of commanding. The commander and the operator should verify signals with each other before work begins and closely cooperate during the work.

2. At the start of construction work, a signal should be given using a bell or other methods to notify surrounding personnel to leave the area.

3. The hydraulic pile driver and the pile cap, and the pile cap and the pipe column (or pile) plane should be leveled. The connecting bolts should be tightened and regularly checked for any looseness.

4. During the operation, closely monitor the current and voltage indicators on the control panel. If any abnormal noise or other unusual conditions are detected in the hydraulic pile driver, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

5. Regularly check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose. Strictly inspect whether the eccentric iron block connecting screws are loose to prevent accidents.

6. When the hydraulic pile driver is jetting water or sucking mud for sinking, coordinate in advance with relevant personnel and closely cooperate at multiple stages.
