Analysis of Reasons for Low Work Efficiency:

1. Poor seal in the oil cylinder of the highway guardrail pile driver; in this case, promptly check or replace the sealing ring.

2. The oil suction filter is blocked; promptly remove the blockage, clean, or replace.

3. Insufficient hydraulic oil in the highway guardrail pile driver; timely replenish the hydraulic oil.

4. The safety valve is malfunctioning or the pressure setting is too low; promptly replace the safety valve spring or adjust the pressure to 16Mpa.

5. The pump cannot suction oil; promptly address the air leakage in the oil suction pipeline or the dryness of the oil suction pipeline, ensuring the oil suction pipe is filled with oil to form a vacuum.

6. Nitrogen gas leakage in the highway guardrail pile driver, leading to insufficient pressure. Use a nitrogen pressure gauge to test and maintain the nitrogen pressure at 1.2Mpa.
