Factors affecting the piling speed of high-speed guardrail pile drivers

1. The air compressor needs to supply an appropriate amount of air, which is used to influence its operating speed. When performing drilling work with a professional high-speed guardrail pile driver, it is necessary to provide satisfactory air for slag removal. If the slag removal process is not smooth, let alone the drilling speed, it is also necessary to meet the size of the air compressor. If the air pressure is too high, the impactor could be severely damaged or even destroyed, affecting the drilling speed.

2. Raising the temperature of the hydraulic oil affects the high-speed operating speed, as sediments can block the hydraulic oil radiator, heating the hydraulic oil to 70 degrees, affecting its high temperature and lubrication function. High-speed guardrail pile driver manufacturers suggest that if the hydraulic oil is exposed to high temperatures for a long time, it can increase mechanical wear and tear and vibrations. Moreover, the generation of foam increases the contact area between oil and air, thus accelerating oil oxidation, resulting in much slower vehicle speed.

3. Hydraulic oil foam affects the operating speed of the high-speed driver as an obstacle. In the hydraulic oil cabinet, foam mixes with oil and circulates together, reducing the system's pressure. If conditions worsen and smooth operation cannot be maintained, abnormal noises may occur, and the hydraulic piston rod may darken, causing the machine to run slowly and move differently.
