The crawler foundation pile driver is a specialized machine used for the construction of photovoltaic pile foundation projects. Depending on different construction requirements, it can use a power head to drive the drill rod into the ground or directly drill in spiral tube piles. This machine can operate in two working modes: using its own generator for power supply or an external power source.

The main method for the crawler foundation pile driver to solve the problem of hole collapse is to prevent the formation of initial hole collapse and avoid the vicious cycle of continuous hole collapse. The operational mode is adjusted to control the mud level and always maintain a distance of 30-40 cm above the protective pipe during the drilling process (especially when lifting the drill head). When drilling into soft soil and sand layers, which are prone to collapse, it's crucial to minimize erosion and disturbance to the hole walls during the operation. The operational method strictly follows the "three slow" principle: i.e., lifting and releasing the drill head slowly and strictly controlling the movement speed of the drilling tools to reduce drilling speed. This minimizes mud disturbance to the hole walls and allows sufficient time for the formation of a mud skin; ground observation: always monitor the mud level.
