Power System Inspection

1.Check the engine oil level;

2.Check the radiator fluid level;

3.Use high-pressure air (≤700KPa or 7kg/cm2) to clean the dust and debris on the radiator surface and between the radiator tubes and fins, to prevent reduced efficiency or failure of the cooling system;

4.Promptly remove oil contamination from the engine cylinder head.

Transmission System Inspection

1.Check the gearbox oil level, inspect and clean the gearbox breather;

2.Check if the drive axle fluid is sufficient, and top up if it's low;

3.Inspect and clean the drive axle breather to ensure its passageway is clear;

4.Check the tire pressure;

5.Inspect and tighten bolts on the wheel rims and other critical areas.

Electrical System Inspection

1.Check the Battery Status

（1）Check the battery status indicator (eye):

Green: The battery is sufficiently charged and the vehicle can start normally;

Black: The battery is low on charge and needs to be recharged;

White: The battery is defunct and needs to be replaced.

2.Check Belt Tension

（1）Inspect the fan belt;

（2）Inspect the air conditioning compressor belt.

（3）Check plug connections to ensure that all connectors are not loose and the pins are not corroded. If any abnormalities are found, use a specialized cleaning agent for treatment. Regularly inspect the wiring for signs of aging or damage, and provide prompt protection or replacement to prevent short circuits in the electrical system and potential fire hazards.

Brake System Inspection

1.Check the performance of the service brake and the parking brake;

2.Inspect the brake booster pump oil level, and top it up if necessary;

3.Clean the mud and dirt from the surface of the booster pump cover to ensure that the oil cup cover's exhaust hole and the breather passageway are clear;

4.Check the wear level of the brake caliper pads, and replace them if they are excessively worn;

5.For models equipped with an air dryer tank, maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the maintenance requirements.
