Operational Requirements for Hydraulic Piling Machines
The use of hydraulic piling machines requires operators to be proficient in basic operating methods and thoroughly familiar with the specifications, structural features, and installation techniques of new equipment. This is essential to ensure the normal progression of work, effectively handle sudden faults, minimize mechanical damage, and maintain the smooth operation of the machinery.
However, knowing the general operating methods is clearly not enough. Attention should also be paid to the following details:
1. The startup of the piling machine should begin at a low speed and gradually increase to high speed.
2. The rotational speed is preset at about 10 revolutions per minute and should not be adjusted arbitrarily. Too high a speed can cause instability in pile holding, leading to dangerous incidents.
3. During the operation of the piling machine, a designated person should direct the work. The commander and the operator should check signals with each other before work and cooperate closely during the process.
4. When erecting or lowering the pile frame, first check whether the winch drum is reliable, then follow the procedures specified in the user manual for erection and lowering.
5. If using a pile clamp, the pile must be clamped tightly before operation, and the clamp must not be loosened during work.
6. The verticality of the pile should be corrected in a timely manner when sinking the pile. After the pile is 3 meters into the ground, it is strictly forbidden to use the piling machine's walking or rotating actions to correct the verticality of the pile.
7. For pile frames whose columns cannot be adjusted left or right, when adjusting the tilt of the columns forward or backward, both the left and right braces should be driven simultaneously.
