I. Quality Advantages of Long Spiral Press-In Concrete Piles

1. Strong Adaptability: This type of pile is suitable for various soil types, including clay, silty soil, and fill soil. It can form piles in complex geological conditions, such as soft soil with shrinkage, quicksand layers, gravel layers, and in the presence of groundwater.

2. High Quality of Pile Body: Since the concrete is pressed into the hole from the center of the drilling rod, the concrete is dense and free of breaks, shrinkage, or necking. It also permeates and compacts the soil around the pile hole.

3. High Single Pile Bearing Capacity: The continuous pressure injection of super-fluid concrete and the protective wall formed during boring permeate and compact the soil around the pile hole. This increases the lateral friction resistance of the soil around the pile, giving the pile foundation high bearing capacity, pull-out resistance, and horizontal force resistance. This results in minimal deformation and good stability.

II. Material Requirements

1. Cement: Use No. 425 slag cement or ordinary cement.

3. Stone: Pebbles or crushed stone, coarse diameter 5-30mm, mud content less than 2%.

4. Reinforcement Bars: The type and specifications should meet the design requirements and come with a factory certification and test report.

III. Main Equipment

Use CFG crawler series or other long spiral drilling rigs with carbide drill bits. Also equipped with rebar processing, concrete mixing, and pumping equipment.
