The concrete mixing tank mainly consists of a base frame, mixing drum, transmission system (drive device), hydraulic drive system, water adding system, loading and unloading system, discharge chute, operating platform, control system, and protective equipment:

Mixing Drum: The mixing drum used in this model is a widely applied structural form. It has a pear-shaped structure, and the water for cleaning and the mixing water added during transportation are injected into the drum through the feed port at the top of the drum.

Transmission System: The mixing drum is driven by the engine, with power taken from the PTO at the engine's rear end. The power is transmitted to the variable piston hydraulic pump and then to the fixed displacement piston hydraulic motor, which drives the mixing drum through the reducer.

Control System: This is the control component of the entire mixer truck. The control panel has an "I-shaped" slot, which is the movable space for the control lever. Additionally, there are limit holes on the rear half of the slot to fix the position of the control lever. This control system controls the forward and reverse rotation and speed of the mixing drum through two control levers at the rear of the vehicle, thereby completing the loading, unloading, an d mixing actions.

Water Supply System: The water supply system of the concrete mixer truck is mainly used to clean the mixing device. There are two types of water supply systems for this model: one is a centrifugal pump water supply system, and the other is a pressure water tank water supply system, available for user selection.
