The head of the pile driver consists of a hammer and a press frame connected by bolts. During construction, the hydraulic power system of the pile driver applies force to the pipe pile through the hydraulic hammer. The hammer also bears more force than other structural components. Therefore, we recommend that users do not maintain the hydraulic hammer during mechanical operation or shutdown. It can be ignored.

1. Before operation, check whether the bolts and joints are loose and whether there is any leakage in the hydraulic lines.

2. Do not use the hydraulic impact hammer to peck holes in hard rock.

3. Do not operate the hydraulic hammer when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted.

4. Do not immerse the hammer in water, except for the drill bit.

5. Do not operate the hydraulic hammer on the excavator's track side.

6. If the hydraulic hose vibrates severely, stop the impact hammer work and check the accumulator pressure.

7. The impact hammer should not be used as a lifting device.

8. Prevent interference between the excavator boom and the impact hammer drill bit.

9. Correct selection and manufacturing quality of hammerhead materials.

10. Reasonableness of the internal structure of the impact hammer.

Operating method of the impact hammer: When performing crushing operations, confirm that the drop direction of the drill rod is perpendicular to the surface of the object to be crushed and maintain the vertical position as long as possible. If it is inclined to the surface of the object to be crushed, the head may slip off the surface of the object, which can damage the hammerhead and affect the piston. When crushing, first select a suitable strike point. Ensure that the hammerhead is indeed stable before striking again.
