Procedure for Spiral Pile Driver Operation

Position the Pile Driver: Set the spiral pile driver in place.

Install the Casing: Bury the protective casing.

Start Drilling: Lightly touch the ground with the drill bit and start rotating to drill, then lower the drill bit.

Complete Drilling: Finish drilling, clean the hole, and measure the depth.

Install Reinforcement Cage and Conduit: Place the reinforcement cage and conduit into the hole.

Pour Concrete: Conduct concrete pouring.

Remove Casing and Clean: Pull out the casing, clean the pile head, backfill the sediment, and complete the pile.

Pile Position Layout

Site Leveling and Layout: After leveling the site, organize qualified surveyors to mark all pile positions. Secure cross protection piles, conduct measurement checks, and record the layout data for reference.

Casing Installation

Check Pile Position Deviation: Use the string line method to check for pile position deviations, ensuring they meet standard requirements.

Drilling

Drill Bit Selection and Speed Control: Use the drill bit to bore the hole. Select different rotary table speeds and penetration rates based on the soil structure of different layers. After drilling through sand layers and entering the strongly weathered layer, choose low-speed settings due to the hard soil causing drill bit jumping and deviation, increasing drill rod sway. Rotary table speed parameters should be 13-40 rpm, and the hole depth should be controlled according to design requirements.

Reinforcement Cage Installation

Prepare and Install Reinforcement Cage: Once the spiral pile driver has excavated and cleaned the hole to meet design requirements, start lowering the reinforcement cage. Manufacture and install it strictly according to design drawings. Ensure that the main bars and stirrups are evenly welded, and that the lap length and weld seams meet standard requirements. Install protective blocks during installation to ensure proper alignment and cover thickness. The production deviation of the reinforcement cage should comply with design and standard requirements.
