What Are the Key Factors to Consider When Piling with a Foundation Pile Driver for Building Houses in Rural Areas?

When using a foundation pile driver in rural areas, we generally have a rule that the depth of the piles should be sufficient for the intended use. Therefore, when determining the pile depth, we usually consider the number of floors in the client's design.

In rural areas, for buildings typically 5-6 stories high, we usually set the pile depth at around 20 meters. However, because pile drivers often encounter cement concrete in rural areas, it's crucial to choose the right model. The appropriate model not only ensures efficiency but also significantly reduces the time spent.

During pile driving construction, ensure you stay at least 5 meters away from the construction site. Properly distribute the length of the pipe sections and try to prevent the pile tip from being or nearing a hard bearing layer when connecting piles. Each pile's pipe joint should not exceed two connections; the connection points of piles under the same cap should be staggered. No one should stand within 2 meters of the pile driver and the pile hole, or under high-pressure hoses. Before starting construction with a rural foundation pile driver, ensure there are no underground pipelines or buried objects, and there are no obstacles within the safe operating range. The construction site must maintain a safe distance as required. The operator should avoid incorrect judgments during construction and must check for any misalignment of the pile head before driving to avoid preventable errors.

These are the key factors to consider when using a foundation pile driver for building houses in rural areas. I hope this information is helpful to everyone.
