Operating Instructions for Guardrail Pile Driver

1. Pre-Operation Checks: Before operating the guardrail pile driver, check whether the mechanical parts and hydraulic system are functioning normally. Also, check the water level of the machine's engine and the oil after it reaches the normal mark. Then, start the engine and run it at low speed without load for about 5 minutes.

2. Chassis and Drive System: The mechanical chassis is modified from the bottom of a loader. The chassis technology is mature, offering stable operation and a low failure rate. The chassis is equipped with both manual and automatic transmissions and comes with high and low speeds of 265. The pile driving frame adjustment device of the guardrail pile driver consists of a downforce arm lifting cylinder, a lateral cylinder on the upper frame, a column tilt cylinder, and a lifting arm telescopic cylinder. Each cylinder has a combined valve handle control device; pushing the handle forward extends the cylinder piston rod, while pulling it back retracts the piston.

3. Alignment and Positioning: When the guardrail pile driver is ready for construction, check if the column is bolted correctly and vertically. If the column truss is not vertical, use the tilt cylinder for adjustment. While driving piles, always observe the position of the column to ensure proper alignment.

4. Piling Process: Raise the hydraulic hammer to the top, place the steel pipe pile at the pile position, align the upper part with the hammer handle at the bottom of the hydraulic hammer, then start hammering the steel pipe pile with the cylinder. The hammer head applies continuous pressure on the steel pipe pile until it is driven to the specified depth.

5. Monitoring During Operation: Given the harsh working environment and significant impact vibrations, observe the dynamics of all parts at all times during operation. If abnormal noise or other unusual phenomena occur, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Resume use only after resolving the issue. If hydraulic system joints leak or parts loosen, stop the machine for adjustment and tightening, then resume normal operation.

6. End of Operation Procedures: At the end of construction, lower the hydraulic hammer to its lowest position, ensuring that all other cylinders are not in a working state. If the equipment needs to be moved, retract the hydraulic hammer slider.

7. Regular Maintenance: Regularly check the components, accessories, and electrical parts of the guardrail pile driver. Replace any damaged parts promptly to ensure the machine's normal operation.
