1. Operators must be familiar with the structure, performance, operation points, and safety precautions of the machine. They must pass an exam and obtain a certificate of qualification before operating the machine independently.

2. Operators must concentrate while operating the machine. Joking, horseplay, smoking, and eating are strictly prohibited.

3. Strictly follow the machine's maintenance regulations and diligently perform all levels of maintenance to ensure the pile driver is in good condition. Pay attention to reasonable use and correct operation.

4. Preparations before operating the pile driver:

Understand the construction conditions and tasks, as well as any problems and precautions discovered during construction.

Adjust the pile driver's gear position according to the required vibration force.

Check that the cables and wires are well insulated, the controller contacts are good, and the connections are correct.

Check that the voltage meets the requirements.

Lubricate and maintain all parts according to daily maintenance items.

Safety precautions during pile driver operation:

5. The pile driver operation must be directed by a designated person. The director and operator should check signals with each other before starting work and coordinate closely during operation.

Use an electric bell or other means to notify nearby personnel to leave before starting.

Ensure the pile driver is level with the bearing platform and pipe pile (or pile). Tighten connection bolts and frequently check for looseness.

Start the pile driver at low speed and gradually accelerate to high speed.

During operation, closely monitor the current and voltage indicators on the control panel. Stop immediately and inspect if any abnormalities are detected.

Frequently check the bearing temperature and the tightness of the bearing cover screws. Strictly inspect the eccentric iron coupling screws for looseness to prevent accidents.

No one should stand around the pipe pile (or pile) while it is sinking.

Coordinate with relevant personnel in advance and take care of each other when sinking with water injection and mud suction.

Workers must wear safety belts when installing long pipe piles or pile caps.

Mechanical maintenance work is strictly prohibited during the sinking process.

6. When the pile driver stops working, immediately cut off the power supply and inspect and maintain the pile driver and motor.

7. If the pile driver is out of service for a long time, store it indoors, ensure moisture protection, and remove and store the control panel instruments.
