Photovoltaic pile drivers play a significant role in the construction of solar power plants in western China. For complex working environments, Shandong Hengwang offers wheeled solar photovoltaic pile drivers, tracked solar photovoltaic pile drivers, and compact down-the-hole drilling rigs. This editor has compiled the operation steps of photovoltaic pile drivers for reference.
The drilling process follows these steps: positioning → embedding the casing → rotating the drill bit into the ground and rotating the drill bit → loosening the drill bit → inserting the steel cage and conduit → pouring concrete → removing the casing and cleaning the pile head to fill the file and form the file.
When the site is level, qualified survey and staking personnel will release all documents, cross-protect the files with pins, perform survey checks, and record staking data for documentation. The embedded casing must be drawn to check the pile position deviation and ensure it meets specifications. Depending on the soil level, various rotation speeds and sizes of drill bits are chosen to drill the hole. When drilling through the sand layer and into the solid weathered layer, if the soil layer is too hard, causing the drill cone to splash or bend and the drill rod to swing more, low speed and low speed must be chosen, with the turntable parameter set to 13-40 v/min. The hole depth is controlled according to design requirements.
When excavation and slag removal meet design requirements, the steel cage system will be lowered. The safety of the steel bars should strictly follow the design drawings, with the main ribs and hoops uniformly welded, and the overlap length and welding must be consistent. When installed according to specifications, protection blocks should be installed to ensure thickness uniformity and protective layers, and the manufacturing deviation of the steel cage must meet design and specification requirements.
After connecting the concrete pipe, the concrete water injection plug can be placed near the slurry surface, with the distance from the pipe bottom to the hole bottom controlled to about 0.4 m, allowing the concrete injection plug to be discharged smoothly. Before starting pouring, the amount of concrete stored in the hopper should be at least 1.0 m³ so that after extruding the concrete plug, the bottom of the pipe is buried in at least 0.8 m of underwater concrete. The pipe should be lifted or dismantled promptly, with the bottom of the pipe buried 1-4 m below the concrete surface, and the filling should be continuous. If equipment failure, power outage, blockage, or water intake occurs, effective measures must be taken to recover the concrete as soon as possible.
