To enhance the lifespan of a photovoltaic full-hydraulic piling machine, first, check if the hydraulic seals are damaged and if the nozzles are clogged. A strategy for dealing with this involves disassembling the injector, inspecting and cleaning the valve, and immediately replacing any damaged valve cores. This is necessary because metal powder, produced by the friction between the piston and the upper cylinder body during operation, can easily enter the injector. Leakage from the plunger can cause blockages; thus, regularly cleaning the injection nozzles can effectively prevent leaks and clogs, ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic hammer. Additionally, water mixing into the oil tank during refueling can cause issues, preventing the hydraulic hammer from functioning properly.

Secondly, ensure that the channels of the hydraulic piling machine are smooth. To address this, open the fuel pipe of the fuel pump and drain all water until fuel flows, then empty the fuel pump, set it to zero, raise the undercarriage to the piston, and hit the air. Clean the cylinder's interior water several times, then tighten the screws. Finally, reset the fuel pump of the piling machine to zero, rotate the top piston several times until the pile penetration force is within the normal range, and the pile hammer operates correctly. Using incorrect fuel can lower temperatures, block or clog fuel channels, and prevent the fuel pump from operating normally.

It's clear that routine maintenance of the hydraulic piling machine is crucial. The machine must be operated and used correctly according to regulations.
