Instructions on Inspection Items to Be Noted During the Construction of Photovoltaic Power Station Piling Machines

1. Check the mechanical and hydraulic systems, and ensure the diesel engine's water tank and oil levels are normal before starting the diesel engine. Allow the engine to run at idle without load for 3 to 5 minutes before beginning work.

2. The chassis of this machine is driven by a hydraulic motor with stepless hydraulic speed adjustment. Adjusting the diesel engine's speed and fuel supply (controlled by a hand valve) allows for different traveling speeds. Pushing the combination valve's advance and retreat handle forward moves the chassis forward, while pulling it backward moves the chassis in reverse. Other functions, such as the left and right slide rail cylinders, the tilt forward and backward cylinders, the side shift cylinder, and the hydraulic hammer lifting cylinder, are all controlled by combination valve handles. Pushing the handle forward extends the cylinder piston rod, and pulling it back retracts the piston.

3. Upon arriving at the site, check whether the column is vertical. If it is not, adjust it with the left and right slide rail cylinders. Always observe the position of the column when moving the pile driver.

4. Adjust the chassis's longitudinal position and the column's lateral position to align the column with the designated orientation.

5. Lift the hydraulic hammer to its highest point, place the lower part of the steel pile on the pile position, and align the upper part with the hammer's lower pile head. Press down on the steel pile to start piling. Maintain pressure on the pile head against the steel pile until it reaches the specified size.

6. Given the harsh working environment and significant impact vibrations, constantly observe all parts' dynamics during operation. If abnormal noise or other anomalies occur, stop the machine immediately for inspection. After troubleshooting, it can be used again. If hydraulic system connections leak or components are loose, stop the machine for adjustment and tightening before continuing use.

7. Lower the hydraulic hammer to the lowest point before the end of each shift, and retract all other cylinders and piston rods to their shortest length. If the machine is to be moved, the column should be kept in a retracted state.

8. Regular inspections should be conducted on the connections of the pile driver's working elements, auxiliary parts, accessories, and electrical components.
