What should be paid attention to when operating a highway guardrail pile drilling and driving integrated machine?

1. Every day before work, check the flange bolts of the power head or vibrating hammer, and the operation mechanisms of any loose bolts and nuts.

2. During operation, pay attention to whether there is any movement between the balls under the screws. If there is any stringing, immediately stop working. Remove the ball cap under the protruding beam, place the brace rod under pressure, and tighten. Lower the nut and tighten it. If necessary, weld the nut with electric welding. When the temperature drops below zero in winter, check whether there is water in the protruding beams. If there is accumulated water, promptly remove it to prevent the nut from loosening.

3. When the diagonal support column rotates, observe whether there is any swinging phenomenon. If there is swinging, replace the guiding copper sleeve or copper nut in the diagonal column.

4. The machine is operated by a reducer. It is necessary to observe whether the internal lubricant has reached the specified oil level. If not, HW-10 mechanical oil should be added. The diagonal support adjustment mechanism should be filled with #40 oil, and during operation, the oil level should be below the vent hole.
