1. Operators of pile drivers must be familiar with the machine's structure, performance, operation essentials, and safety precautions. They can operate independently only after passing an examination and obtaining a certificate. Operators must focus on their work. Do not talk, laugh, play, cause trouble with unrelated persons, or smoke during operation.

2. When using a small foundation pile driver, standing on it is strictly prohibited. The winch and lubrication intervals should not exceed 2 days. Small foundation pile drivers need to add weight to the shovel head and hammer (e.g., sand, iron powder, stones) to increase gravity.

3. When using cranes, it is forbidden to operate in unacceptable environments, exceed the rated load, and exceed the rated number of shutdowns per hour (120 times); tests should be based on the rated load weight, repeating lifting and lateral movement tests to check if the mechanical transmission parts are normal and reliable.

4. Steel ropes should be regularly inspected. When problems with steel ropes are identified, they should be replaced in a timely manner. The screws of the pulley at the top of the supporting tripod should be checked promptly. If any issues are discovered, tighten the screws in a timely manner. Regularly check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose, especially the eccentric iron block coupler screws, to prevent accidents.
