Before assembling the seal chamber, it should be cleaned with the same amount of clean hydraulic oil. For some hydraulic components with sliding mating surfaces, the same amount of hydraulic oil should be applied to the sliding surfaces. Before maintenance or repair, the nitrogen in the hammer chamber should be completely discharged. Use the correct maintenance and disassembly tools. Do not arbitrarily replace the hammer. Do not disassemble its main components.
Choose a suitable and easy-to-maintain flat working surface. The ends of the hoses that have been removed need to be sealed. To ensure the hydraulic hammer head is in working condition, perform the following regular maintenance every 4 hours:
1. Grease the drill rod seat, inner sleeve, and add lubricating grease.
2. Check the software joints and striking efficiency.
Tighten bolts every 12 hours, check the working condition of the drill rod, cotter pin, and fixing pin, check the lubricating grease, and timely refill every 60 hours or weekly. Check the low-pressure nitrogen gas pressure and replenish the pressure in time. Check the wear condition of the drill rod, guide sleeve, inner sleeve, cotter pin, and piston. Check the hoses and replace them if necessary. Check the bolts, tighten or replace them every 120 hours or half a month. Check the requirements of this chapter, inspect the pipeline system every 700 hours or three months, perform a 500-hour spot check, inspect the hydraulic oil and filter element, change the oil in time, inspect the side plate bolts and long bolts, check for cracks in the rod and threads, replace the seals, and check the main engine power and the hydraulic oil in the bracket part.
