How should one deal with gas pores in the pile driver hammer head?

What to do if there are gas holes in the pile driver hammer head?

1. Improve the design of the casting system, such as changing from top pouring to bottom pouring, or from bottom pouring to serpentine gating, etc.

2. Clean the exhaust plugs in the hammer head mold and increase the exhaust channels of the mold.

3. Create necessary exhaust channels on the sand core, and ensure that these exhaust channels can communicate with the outside atmosphere after assembling the sand core, shell core, and pile driver hammer head mold.

4. The sand core should be dried; ensure that the dry sand core and shell core do not get damp. After repairing the metal mold coating that falls off during the casting process, make sure the moisture on the coating has completely evaporated.

5. The pouring should be uniform and not interrupted to avoid entraining gas. For easier mold venting, inclined pouring can be used.

6. Reasonably specify and strictly control the pouring temperature of the pile driver hammer head.
