1. The pile driver consists of a pile hammer, pile frame, and auxiliary equipment. In addition to diesel pile drivers, pile hammers can be classified according to the source of motion into drop hammers, steam hammers, diesel hammers, and hydraulic hammers.

2. The pile hammer of the pile driver is attached between two parallel vertical guide rods (commonly known as the gantry) at the front of the pile frame and is lifted by a lifting hook. The pile frame is a steel structure tower, with a winch at the back for lifting piles and pile hammers. At the front of the pile frame, there are two guide rods forming a guide frame to control the direction of piling, ensuring that the pile penetrates the ground layer accurately according to the designed orientation.

3. When starting the vibrating pile hammer, monitor the starting current and voltage, and the starting time should not exceed 10 seconds. If starting is difficult, identify the cause and rectify the fault before continuing to start. After starting, wait until the current drops to a normal value before shifting to the operating position.

4. Before operation, check the tightness of the shock absorber and connecting bolts of the vibrating pile hammer; do not start if bolts are loose or parts are missing. Check the tension of each transmission belt and adjust if too loose or too tight.
