The elevated guardrail pile driver's tubular diesel hammer uses the cylinder as the hammer seat and directly guides with the extended inner wall of the cylinder, eliminating the need for two guide rods. The piston acts as the hammerhead and can move up and down within the cylinder, enabling precise control of piling and facilitating piling operations in different strata. Before working, the following preparations should be made:

1. Understand the construction conditions and tasks from the construction personnel, as well as any problems encountered during piling and matters that need attention in the current shift.

2. Adjust the position of the variable speed gears of the elevated guardrail pile driver according to the vibration force required by the construction personnel. During piling, first hoist the pile into position in the piling frame's gantry, then rest the diesel hammer on top of the pile, lower the hook to lift the cylinder, and then detach the hook to let the cylinder fall and fit into the piston.

3. Check whether the insulation of cables and wires is good. Inspect whether the contacts of the controller are in good condition and the limits are correct.

4. Verify that the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements.
