Causes of bolt loosening in truck-mounted guardrail pile drivers

When operating a truck-mounted guardrail pile driver, due to the harsh working environment, it is inevitable that bolts may loosen over time, affecting normal use. What causes this phenomenon, and what are the solutions?

On the one hand, there is the vibration of the engine itself, and then there is the continuous vibration of the hydraulic hammer. For the vibration caused by the hydraulic hammer, it can only be controlled by strengthening the rigidity of the frame to prevent the loosening of bolts caused by vibration, but this cannot be completely controlled.

Changes in the environment cause the bolts to loosen due to thermal expansion and contraction. In such cases, different methods should be used to prevent bolt loosening when the highway pile driver is operating in different environments.

When producing a highway pile driver, the preload force of bolts and screws varies by model. Especially in some critical positions, such as the engine mounting frame, brake fixing screws, etc., these screws and bolts have corresponding standards for their preload force.
