Clearly, crawler foundation pile drivers have a strong construction effect on flat ground, but did you know that foundation pile drivers can also work in water? Some advanced foundation pile drivers can be used for construction on special slopes. Although construction with long spiral drilling machines near the slope in front of mountains is very dangerous, different working conditions such as rainy days, muddy ground, snow-covered ground, frozen soil, loose sand, and soft soil foundations can pose hidden dangers to construction safety. However, construction in dangerous areas such as foothills or slopes can be safely operated with correct judgment, and making wise decisions can also save construction costs. So, how should it be operated?
1. When walking, lift the shovel about 20-30 centimeters off the ground;
2. Do not walk downhill backwards;
3. When walking over bumps or other obstacles, keep the working device close to the ground and walk slowly;
4. Do not turn or cross slopes on a slope; turn in advance on a flat road;
5. When operating on a slope, turning or operating the working device can cause the mini rotary drilling rig to lose balance and tip over. Therefore, to avoid this operation, if such operation is necessary, build a platform with soil on the slope to keep the machine balanced during operation;
6. Do not go up or down steep slopes, as this could cause the machine to tip over;
7. When going uphill, ensure the engine and hydraulic oil have been correctly preheated, otherwise accidents may occur; when walking and parking, park correctly;
When operating a crawler foundation pile driver in water, consider the machine's permissible water depth.
1. Do not operate the machine in water deeper than the centerline of the tug.
2. Add grease to parts that are submerged in water for a long time until the used grease is completely squeezed out.
