How to check for insufficient pressure in a long spiral drilling rig

The long spiral drilling rig has four hydraulic legs and one active cylinder. It can also rotate, ensuring stability during the construction process, which is sufficient to guarantee the normal operation of the entire machine. However, sometimes there may be insufficient oil pressure. What could be the reason?

The long spiral drilling rig's water supply system includes a constant flow pump. We should check if the pump's pressure is normal. If the pressure is insufficient, we need to adjust or disassemble it to check for wear. At the same time, check for leaks in the exterior, oil pipes, joints, valve bodies, oil pumps, and cylinders. Additionally, check if the distribution valve has been pulled or has severe wear, leading to insufficient pressure.

Check if the hydraulic oil level in the long spiral drilling rig is normal and if the oil inlet filter element is too dirty, causing the oil inlet to be blocked. Generally, blockage of the filter element is accompanied by increased noise, higher oil temperature, and insufficient directional pressure, sometimes not timely, and should be replaced promptly, otherwise, it will accelerate the wear of hydraulic components such as the oil pump. The accumulator's bladder may be damaged and need replacement.
