How can we correct the deviation of holes in emergency flood control piling machines?

When emergency flood control piling machines are used in construction work, the occurrence of deviated holes is relatively common. This issue can arise due to the construction geology and the level of operation by the personnel. How should we correct the deviation of holes when using emergency flood control piling machines during construction operations?

Before starting construction, the operating personnel should clearly understand the construction geology and environmental conditions and develop an appropriate emergency flood control piling machine drilling plan based on this understanding. Only in this way can deviations be effectively avoided, including the problem of deviated holes.

Changing the drilling method according to the construction geology and controlling the drilling speed can also reduce the occurrence of deviated holes. This also requires everyone to possess proficient operating skills.

Measurement: If the operators of the emergency flood control piling machine have rich practical construction experience, we can adopt the vertical visual inspection method, but the error is relatively large. Professionals still recommend using measuring instruments for onsite measurement.

Operators of emergency flood control piling machines should try to reduce the drilling resistance in actual operations. Choosing a spiral auger with less drilling resistance, combined with a pilot drilling method, can reduce or avoid the occurrence of deviated holes. On the drill body of a spiral or double-bottom auger, welding a protective casing about 2 meters long with a diameter matching the hole diameter can prevent deviated holes, as can extending the auger guide for drilling.
