The solar photovoltaic crawler pile driver's drilling frame may fail to rise or lower due to the following reasons:

Symptom: During the operation of the pile driver, when the multi-way valve is operated, the drill frame does not move, or it can rise but not lower, or it can lower but not rise, or there is no action at all.

Reasons:

Insufficient hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank.

Hydraulic system pressure is too low.

Blockages in the oil pipe or multi-way valve and hydraulic lock.

The hydraulic cylinder extends beyond its range of travel.

Solutions:

Refill or replace the hydraulic oil.

Adjust the system pressure.

Clean the oil pipe, multi-way valve, and hydraulic lock.
