This is because the engine generates high temperatures due to friction during operation, and the relatively constant temperature of water effectively maintains the engine's working temperature. The hydraulic oil radiator mainly insulates the hydraulic oil because, after working through various hydraulic components, the hydraulic oil also generates high heat. If the temperature becomes too high, it can lead to abnormal compression of the hydraulic oil and directly cause hydraulic components to malfunction.

There are two main working principles for the radiators of foundation pile drivers: hydraulic-driven and electronic fan type. The electronic fan type radiator cools through a DC motor's rotation, while the hydraulic-driven radiator relies on the rotation of a hydraulic motor for cooling. The radiator's casing is designed with a hinge-like structure and closely arranged fins to effectively dissipate heat. The casing is mostly made of alloy, enhancing the cooling effect for building foundation pile drivers.
