The electrical system of a spiral foundation pile driver can be very dangerous if it becomes damp or if the wire insulation is damaged. Leakage could not only cause the pile driver to malfunction but could also pose a threat to people's safety. Therefore, when cleaning the pile driver with water, it is forbidden to allow water to enter the electrical components, and do not use water to wash the inside of the pile driver's cabin. Regularly check the battery, fuse box, relays, etc., and perform anti-corrosion work on the electrical system. When installing electrical equipment, it should be connected to a dedicated power socket.

When the foundation pile driver is working or has just finished working, the hydraulic system is in a state of high temperature and high pressure. It is important to wait for the temperature to drop and release the pressure in the hydraulic oil pipe before performing maintenance. Before disassembly, gradually loosen bolts or hose connections to release internal pressure, and do not stand in front of parts to depressurize. Check that O-rings or sealing washers are kept clean. When installing hoses, avoid twisting or bending the hoses, as this can shorten their lifespan.
