Pile Driver Production: Key Pollution Phases and Emission Scenarios:

I.Pollution Phases:

a. Compliance with national environmental protection laws and regulations is mandatory. It is prohibited to produce products that are banned or phased out by national industrial policies. Unauthorized changes in production scale and nature are not allowed. The use of production techniques and equipment banned by the state is forbidden. Project construction must strictly implement the "three simultaneous" system and adhere to the principles of "clean production, energy saving, consumption reduction, emission reduction, and circular economy".

b. According to environmental assessments and declarations, this project does not generate any process wastewater; domestic wastewater is collected and treated in septic tanks before being transported for composting, with no external discharge.

II.Pollution Control Facilities:

1. Emissions (mainly metal dust from machining and welding fumes in this project):

 a. Machining emissions: Mostly metal dust, heavy in mass and settling mostly within a 5-meter radius around the equipment. A small amount of metal dust is emitted unorganized after enhanced ventilation measures.

b. Welding fumes: Dispersed unorganized after treatment through centralized welding fume purifiers.

2.. Wastewater (no production wastewater generated in this project. The project does not have its own restrooms, utilizing public restrooms in the area. The main wastewater is domestic, totaling 85 cubic meters per year, treated in septic tanks and then transported for composting).

3. Noise (mainly from cutting machines, welding machines, and various other mechanical equipment. Noise impact on the surrounding environment is reduced through enclosed workshops, rational layout, using low-noise equipment, installing sound insulation and noise reduction foundations, and distance attenuation measures).

4. Solid waste (mainly machining scraps, waste welding materials, welding slag, and domestic garbage. Machining scraps are collected and sold; waste welding materials and slag are also collected and sold; domestic garbage is regularly collected and disposed of by the sanitation department).
