Crawler foundation pile drivers are highly effective on flat ground, but did you know they can also operate in water? Some advanced foundation pile drivers can even be used on special slopes. Although construction with long spiral drilling rigs near the foothills and slopes can be very dangerous, different working conditions like rain, muddy grounds, snowy surfaces, frozen soil, loose sand, and soft soil foundations can pose safety hazards. However, construction in hazardous areas such as foothills or slopes can be safe with correct judgment and wise decision-making, also helping to save construction costs. So, how should it be operated?

1. When moving, lift the shovel about 20-30 centimeters off the ground.

2. Do not walk backwards downhill.

3. When walking over bumps or other obstacles, keep the working device close to the ground and move slowly.

4. Do not turn or cross slopes on a slope; instead, make turns in advance on a flat road.

5. When working on a slope, rotating or operating the working device can cause a small rotary excavator to lose balance and overturn. To avoid this, if such operation is necessary, build a platform with soil on the slope to keep the machine balanced during operation.

6. Do not ascend or descend steep slopes, as this may cause the machine to tip over.

7. When going uphill, ensure that the engine and hydraulic oil are correctly preheated to avoid accidents; park correctly when moving and stopping.

When operating a crawler foundation pile driver in water, consider the machine's permissible water depth.

1. Do not operate the machine in water deeper than the centerline of the tug.

2. Add grease to parts that are submerged in water for long periods, until the used grease is completely squeezed out.
