Analysis of the Causes of Sediment at the Bottom of Holes in Waveform Steel Guardrail Hydraulic Pile Drivers
Construction analysis of the causes of sediment at the bottom of pile driver holes. During the drilling process of a drilling rig, there might be some sediment at the bottom of the hole. This is an inevitable flaw of the drilling process, but why does sediment occur at the bottom of the hole? The main difference lies in the construction process. The rotary drilling rig is a non-circulating mud drilling method, where the drill cuttings cannot be brought to the surface for settling through mud circulation. We can regard the rotary drilling rig as a continuous deslagging method. There are several main factors for the generation of sediment. Residues between the bucket teeth of the rotary excavator and the bottom cover of the drill bucket; the sparsity of the small rotary excavator bucket teeth is 010-141877, and the flow of drill cuttings between teeth is inevitable; the soil cut by the outer edge of the drill rig, since the bottom of the hole is a flat entrance, cannot enter the barrel and stays at the edge of the hole bottom; when drilling mud and sand, or flow plastic strata, the drill cuttings in the drilling funnel are seriously lost during improvement, sometimes even all lost with a part being dropped in the hole, the ash hopper's return size is too large, overloaded, and the slag soil is squeezed out from the drainage hole of the top cover. According to national standards, the thickness of the conflict-type pile hole bottom sediment should not exceed 100 mm, and the thickness of the end-bearing pile hole bottom sediment should not exceed 50 mm.
