Photovoltaic pile drivers in Anhui are often seen in the construction of foundation piles for common buildings. However, it is essential to pay attention to safe operation during project execution. Today, Yuanda shares what should be noted for the safe operation of solar pile drivers: 

1. The crane should be greased every two days.

2. Solar pile drivers should add an appropriate amount of filler (e.g., sand, iron powder, stones) to the shovel and ram heads to achieve sufficient weight.

3. Regularly check the cable, and replace it timely if it is found to be broken.

4. Check the support slot screws at the top of the tripod daily. If screws are loose, tighten them immediately to prevent malfunctions.

5. After the pile driver stops working, immediately cut off the power supply, and the solar pile driver and motor must be checked and maintained.

6. If the solar pile driver is to be out of service for a long time, it must be stored in a warehouse, the motor must be protected from moisture, and instruments from the control panel must be removed and stored properly.

7. Always check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing head screws are loose. It is necessary to strictly inspect whether the connection screws of the eccentric iron blocks are loose to prevent accidents.

8. It is strictly forbidden to stand around the pipe's column (or chimney) when the pile driver is sinking.

9. When the solar pile driver works with water injection and sinking slurry, contact relevant personnel in advance and take photos during work. Safe production is always the top priority, so in addition to mastering the operating skills of the pile driver, it is also necessary to be aware of safety precautions during operation.
