Safety Precautions for Using Small Foundation Pile Drivers

When using a small foundation pile driver, the following points should be noted: 

1. Do not exceed 2 days for adding grease to the winch.

2. Small foundation pile drivers need to add materials to the shovel head and tamper (for example: sand, iron powder, stones) to increase gravity.

3. The steel wire rope should be regularly checked, and any problems found should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. The screws supporting the pulley at the top of the tripod should be checked regularly, and any problems found should be tightened promptly.

5. When the small foundation pile driver stops operating, the power supply should be immediately cut off to check the machine's safety.

6. If the small foundation pile driver is not in use for a long time, it needs to be stored properly, moisture-proof measures should be taken for the motor, control panel instruments should be removed, and placed in a moisture-proof box.

7. Regularly check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose, especially the eccentric iron block connection screws should be checked in time to prevent accidents.

8. No one should stand near the small foundation pile driver.
