The hydraulic photovoltaic piling machine is a multifunctional construction machinery for highway guardrail steel pipe pile construction. Today, let's briefly analyze the precautions for using the hydraulic hammer in the equipment as follows:

a) During the operation of the hydraulic hammer, please correctly use safety protection products such as safety helmets, safety glasses, safety shoes, and safety gloves.

b) Do not disassemble the hydraulic hammer on your own. The hammer contains high-pressure nitrogen gas. If there is a malfunction, please contact our company's professional after-sales service personnel.

c) Do not modify the hydraulic hammer without authorization. Without the permission of our company, any personal accidents, equipment failures, and all consequences caused by unauthorized modifications are not the responsibility of our company.

d) For hammer head lubricating grease, give priority to No. 4 MoS2 lithium base grease, which is resistant to high temperatures and heavy loads.

e) Use nitrogen gas with a purity of 99.8% for the gas, and do not mix in air, oxygen, or other gases.

f) Before operating the hydraulic hammer, confirm whether there is any looseness in the bolts at the outer clamp and oil pipe fixing place of the hammer body, and whether there is any oil leakage in the oil pipe and joints. If such phenomena exist, repair them in time.

g) The hammer body lubricating grease should be replenished with a small amount of grease after 2 hours of continuous work.
