The effective combination of these elements ensures the normal operation of machinery, meeting construction requirements while controlling construction cost inputs through reducing equipment faults. However, it is often due to oversights in these areas that lead to severe wear or even breakdowns and loss of working capacity in excavators and pile drivers.

Considering the current construction projects, the following analysis is made on the oversights in the management of machinery equipment like excavators and pile drivers:

Firstly, some construction enterprises do not have a complete and strict machinery equipment management system, lacking a sound management system for equipment ledger, technical documentation archives, and maintenance management records. Although a fixed person-machine system is implemented, the constraint of the machinery equipment maintenance system on human activities is overlooked, failing to be explicitly implemented, resulting in chaotic machinery equipment management work. Or there are systems that are not followed, resulting in poor maintenance management levels.
